Party Planner

1. Call to reserve your party and make your $100.00 initial deposit in order to hold your date and time.
   
   
2. When you receive the contract, please review, sign, and return to us immediately.
   
   
3. Once we receive your signed contract, we will mail your party  packet which includes Invitations, Waiver, Policy Information, and Our Menu.
   
   
4. Send your invitations and call us with your R.S.V.P. count.
   
   
5. To save you time we offer unique One Item Party Favors or Party Candy Bags that will add a great touch to your party.
   
   
6. We provide you with paper goods for your party, however, if you would like to bring any themed paper goods, you’re more than welcomed to.
   
   
7. After making your menu selection please call or fax your order 3 days prior to your party date.
   
   
8. Please arrive 15 min. before your scheduled check-in time so we can assist you with any Party set-up you may need.
